This is my little homelab, the first place I go when I want to test products or solutions or set up production.

In this build, which is intended to be as cost-efficient as possible, a lot of what is used has been recycled.

Components and their tasks:

Fritz!Box 7590 → As router for the DSL connection of DTAG, due to MagentaTV.

TP-Link Omada TL-SG3210 2x & TP-Link Omada TL-SG3428 → supplement their ports in case of port shortage

Dell Optiplex 7010 (DT) → runs OPNsense and replaces the Fritz!Box for my network.

Fujitsu Futro S920 → TrueNAS backup and storage server

TerraMaster F4-210 → Backup NAS for business applications and private backup dumps.

Any Acer (DT) → Proxmox server for other applications

1 x TP-Link Omada eap225 & 1 x TP-Link Omada eap235 Wall & 1x TP-Link Omada eap245 → for the WLAN

2x TP-Link Omada ER-605 v2 → for possible testing of other infrastructures.

Basement:

Through all three switches you come to the basement, in this is the heart of my Homelab, this is my server.

As a server I use a:

Dell PowerEdge R610, it has 130 GB RAM and runs Proxmox.

In addition, this one handles my email traffic via Mailcow, enables my hosting via ISPConfig (to be replaced) and hosts a lot of other "porky stuff" that excites my heart.

In addition, 3 or 4 Windows VM's run on this server, so I don't have to install this on my main computer.

Dies ist mein kleines Homelab, dies ist die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn ich Produkte bzw. Lösungen testen oder Produktion aufsetzen will.

In diesem Build, was so kosteneffizient wie möglich sein soll, wurde so einiges wieder verwertet, was man gebraucht bekommt.

Komponenten und dessen Aufgaben:

Fritz!Box 7590 → Als Router für den DSL-Anschluss der DTAG, aufgrund von MagentaTV

TP-Link Omada TL-SG3210 2x & TP-Link Omada TL-SG3428 → ergänzen ihre Ports bei Port Knappheit

Dell Optiplex 7010 (DT) → Läuft mit OPNsense und ersetzt die Fritz!Box für mein Netzwerk

Keller:

Durch alle drei Switches durch kommt man in den Keller, in diesem befindet sich das Herzstück meines Homelabs, dies ist mein Server.

Als Server verwende ich einen:

Dell PowerEdge R610, dieser hat 130 GB RAM und läuft mit Proxmox.

Zusätzlich erledigt dieser meinen E-Mail-Verkehr über eine Mailcow, ermöglicht mein Hosting über ISPConfig (wird abgelöst) und hostet noch’ne Menge anderen „Schweinekrams“, was mein Herz begeistert.

Zusätzlich laufen auf diesem Server 3 oder 4 Windows VM’s, somit muss ich dies nicht auf meinem Hauptrechner installieren.
